Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the branch team, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve branch objectives.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to support branch operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus.
