    Eauzo Logistics is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding to strengthen our sales presence in Kolkata and nearby regions. The role focuses on selling freight forwarding and logistics solutions to importers, exporters, and corporate clients.

    🔑 Key Responsibilities

    • Generate new business for freight forwarding services (Air, Sea & Road)
    • Identify and onboard import/export clients and corporate accounts
    • Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Coordinate with operations and overseas agents for smooth execution
    • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business
    • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback

    ✅ Candidate Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales/business development (freight forwarding or logistics preferred)
    • Good understanding of international logistics, shipping, and supply chain services
    • Fluency in Nepali language is highly preferred
    • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional attitude
    • Based in or willing to work from Newtown, Kolkata
